“I don’t play about this Chipotle. It’s near my house, and I order there so often they know me by name. The service is consistently great, even when they’re packed. My food is always made well, comes out quickly, and they definitely don’t skimp on the portions. Every order feels worth the money because they actually fill the bowl instead of giving tiny scoops.
The only downside for me is eating inside the restaurant. It’s almost always crowded, and while I do notice the staff trying to keep the tables clean, the constant rush of people makes it hard to keep up with. Still, the quality of the food and the service keep me coming back all the time.“
“I stop by this café occasionally because my son absolutely loves your food. I’m a chef myself, but I’m truly impressed by how clean your café is—it really commands respect. You guys are doing a fantastic job; keep up the great work! You are always kind and welcoming; your smiles brighten up my day—and my son’s—whenever we come in for a meal. I’m so glad that Falls Church has such a delicious and genuinely clean place like this. The kitchen always looks spotless. I think management should take note of this—and definitely give every employee a one-time bonus.“
“The food is amazing the atmosphere is good, I just don’t feel like the service has been really good at this location lately, constant messing up my order everytime I go, this short girl with glasses was laughing at me while I was having a serious conversation with Jose the manager, who also forgot to add the chips into my bag after I had to go back to pick up my order while my break was over and I didn’t get time to enjoy my food it’s unfortunate the service and communication here needs to get better“
“Honestly the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to nearly every one in Northern Virginia. My bowls have been packed to the BRIM every time I come here and I’m even doing mobile order. Started coming here after quality at the Falls Church location started going downhill, and this place is so much more flavorful and fresh. The lime rice is actually warm and tastes like lime!!
Very evident that the staff here works very hard, and it shows in how good the food is. Reminds me of how Chipotle used to taste back in its prime. Hidden gem!!“
