They mostly get your order right when you order online. The food is consistently good, but sometimes, they just forget things for online orders. Always check your order before leaving the store, and you should be happy.
I recently had a disappointing experience with Chipotle, as they failed to fulfill my order correctly. Not only did they make mistakes with my order, but they also promised to reimburse me for the inconvenience, which they ultimately failed to honor.Upon receiving my order, I noticed that several items were missing and some ingredients were incorrect. Yummy! And a very generous serving size. Nothing like picking out your own preferences. For meat, I got the braised beef. Delicious.Vegetarian options: Since you pick out each item of choice as they move along the counternfilling your plate, you are free to make vegetarian choices.
