Meets corporate standards
The leadership at this location engages with their team in a manager that encourages growth and community. The staff welcomes customers upon entering the store, and I love the recent renovations. There are enough regulars that visit this location that there is an added layer of community that is easily witnesses. The music is fantastic but not too loud. I have been going to this Starbucks for a while now, and the people are nice, they frequently skip over drinks they don’t want to make to make drinks that were ordered later and it ends up taking me forever to get it! Also just because people ask for you to make there drink first doesn’t mean you do, the people that ordered first still have priority.

The store has a very friendly employee at the register. The employee is excited to try the yuzu pull apart and the Ube coconut macciatto. The Ube cold and toasted coconut flakes are beyond yummy, but the bitterness of the espresso with those flavors didn’t blend well together. A suggestion is to try the ube cold foam with the coconut syrup and topping on matcha. The store is very clean and merchandised beautifully. The location is crowded during weekends and some people talk very loudly, which can make sitting inside uncomfortable. The illumination is too bright at night and the door bangs loudly when someone comes in or leaves. Service is incredibly slow and the line moves at a slow pace. Staff are friendly but do not greet you as you walk in. Adding an extra employee or two could improve efficiency and experience. People often order coffee and blueberry scone and say services are excellent. The store has improved a lot and looks cleaner now.
