9 out of 10 times this place is a mess. There is a no concept of customer service here. Very poor hygiene. Don’t walk run to a different Starbucks even if it’s miles away.

It's Christmas Day and I was surprised to discover they were open. I didn't get a chance to use my birthday reward yesterday and I spoke to the barista ringing me up about it. She politely let me know that it was expired and I continued my order. Well at the end she showed me such kindness and honored my birthday reward. Customer service has definitely declined in recent years so it is refreshing to see and experience it. Also to note, that the other baristas were just as cheerful while fulfilling everyone's orders. Merry Christmas!

if you're willing to battle the atrocious parking lot, it's a nice starbucks location that has predictably reliable food and drink. the last time i stopped by, the restrooms were completely unusable and needed attention. otherwise, a regular starbucks.

Terrible! SO SLOWWWWWW and all the employees act like they don’t see the long line of customers in the store. This location also doesn’t know how to make drinks, always taste bad and wrong order. Again, the worst thing is the wait time, at least they should pretend like they’re trying but NO.

One of the barista was playing around with the cup which was they touched the pit of the cup and I didn't even see them wash their hands after taking the order with the customer paying cash- it was my drink too.. I wish hygiene here could be better but the ambiance is good.

i would put zero stars but thats not possible. I ordered 3 drinks and a bagel. a fly landed on my friend while writing this. it took nearly 25 minutes to get these drinks. it wasnt busy maybe six other people with six workers. my friends drink had ordered cold foam and she didnt get cold foam and when she asked a worker she was denied and told it already had cold foam on it. never got my third drink until i asked about it. the fact we had to go up to the counter about three separate times is quite ridiculous. its dirty and the workers dont seem to want to talk at all to the customers. not a friendly environment here at all.

They have no concept of customer service . They make u wait while they talk among themselves . They can’t take more then $50 dollar so u must always have less or use u credit card. I complained about the services and they refused my purchase.

the general manager lady too professional .hard working. greeting her customers kindly .store super clean than ever .me and my wife love the place .we have been coming to this location for more than a decade but this is the best ever cafe health out all the previous managment.

I ordered with the app and got a 10 minute estimate for ice coffee. 23 minutes in I questioned the status of my order, I was told they were backed up. 7 minutes later I got my coffee and the order was wrong. It cannot take 30 minutes to make ice coffee.
