Love this location. Staff is efficient and friendly. The one time my order was wrong they immediately fixed the issue, apologized (not necessary but appreciated) and gave me a free drink. Great customer service!
I usually order my food online and pick it up. This Chipotle does a good job at having my online order ready on time, and getting it right every time. I have had some trouble with other locations, and I have been pretty impressed with this one. Their guacamole is kind of chunky and could use more flavor. That is my one critique of this location.
I love the Chipotle in Falls Church! The staff are always friendly, the service is quick, and the ingredients are fresh, delicious, and high quality. Chipotle offers a variety of proteins, including sofritas (a vegetarian option), steak, chicken, and carnitas, along with a wide selection of toppings such as rice, beans, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and cheese.
