I’m a long time customer at this location and come 2-3 times a week. I liked this chipotle more than the ones I went to a lot in NYC. I’ve been disappointed, however, that their points scanner has been taken away. It has been gone for weeks and looks like it won’t return. I cannot redeem my points at this location anymore, and am seriously considering going to a new chipotle location from now on.

I stop by this café occasionally because my son absolutely loves your food. I’m a chef myself, but I’m truly impressed by how clean your café is—it really commands respect. You guys are doing a fantastic job; keep up the great work! You are always kind and welcoming; your smiles brighten up my day—and my son’s—whenever we come in for a meal. I’m so glad that Falls Church has such a delicious and genuinely clean place like this. The kitchen always looks spotless....

Foods nice n everything I love pico de gallo idk I just got home from work and my mom got me some Chipotle and I'm eating it up and halfway through I find some avocado skin in my guacamole lol its not the end of the world i just found it funny -^- anyways I've been here before and I always forget to leave reviews so yeah here's this (I've been to this location 3 times total in my 18 years of life) Okay thank you !!
