“This Chipotle branch on Richmond Highway is the most beautiful one I've seen so far! The interior is modern, clean, and well-maintained, making the dining experience even better.
Of course, the food is just as delicious as always—fresh ingredients, flavorful bowls, and perfectly wrapped burritos. The service was also quick and friendly.“

You know how back in the day, chipotle used to load up your bowls and it was like a struggle to finish? That’s what this chipotle is like. They did not skimp out like so many other locations do.
Unfortunately they don’t have the old school chipotle prices but hey, inflation right, what are you gonna do?“

“The front line, side bar and Chef line cooks are neat, quick, efficient and pleasant. They all offer a warm and inviting welcoming each guest with acknowledgement. This location remains with a steady pace of guests.The lines move quickly. The restrooms are equipped and offer a clean area. There is a code that the restaurant crew will give you. The beverage station remains stocked and neatly tended to. The meats, rice, beans and veggies are crisp and fresh tasting well and the guacamole is always on point. The atmosphere is upbeat and lively. All ages have been seen enjoying their meals. The parking area is very congested. Be mindful when parking. There is a lot of foot traffic.“
“This Chipotle location is one of my favorites; the food is very fresh, the place looks very clean, and the staff provides excellent service. I asked for the name of a very friendly guy who is always helping customers—he told me his name is Rey. I believe he is the manager, but both he and his team are dedicated to providing great service. “I have been here several times and haven't had any issues other people are complaining about? The only complaint I have had (once) was the steak in the burrito was cold like it was in the fridge. Not sure what happened there, but the rest of my visits were zero complaints!“
“Food is good & the food is always fresh. I like going here to get a steak bowl because the meats here are well seasoned. Service is usually fast and when it gets busy, staff calls for more help which helps the speed of the line. I do realized ever since they added more employees, this chipotle location gotten better and smoother.“

“This place was so good I had to leave a review. This was a positive experience from start to finish. The counter staff were pleasant and patient. The restaurant was very, very clean, and the food was delicious.
While I dined in, I saw the restaurant employees taking pride and care in cleaning tables and the floor around them in between guests. My companion remarked how clean the grill was.“
“This is the only, and I repeat, ONLY Chipotle I go to in the Alexandria area! 😊 And trust me, I’ve been to all of them. 😆 This is the only** location I’ve noticed that is consistently delicious with fresh ingredients, well-made, no mistakes and everything is on point like the old days.
lol We all know Chipotle’s quality has gone downhill… But you can count on this place to not reflect that! 👏🏽 I usually order UberEats from this location specifically or I go in person. Go to this one and you won’t regret it! They’re awesome. 🤩“
