“This Chipotle branch on Richmond Highway is the most beautiful one I've seen so far! The interior is modern, clean, and well-maintained, making the dining experience even better.
Of course, the food is just as delicious as always—fresh ingredients, flavorful bowls, and perfectly wrapped burritos. The service was also quick and friendly.“

“The front line, side bar and Chef line cooks are neat, quick, efficient and pleasant. They all offer a warm and inviting welcoming each guest with acknowledgement. This location remains with a steady pace of guests.The lines move quickly. The restrooms are equipped and offer a clean area. There is a code that the restaurant crew will give you. The beverage station remains stocked and neatly tended to. The meats, rice, beans and veggies are crisp and fresh tasting well and the guacamole is always on point. The atmosphere is upbeat and lively. All ages have been seen enjoying their meals. The parking area is very congested. Be mindful when parking. There is a lot of foot traffic.“
“Great dining experience. The restaurant was bright, clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly, polite and professional. The restrooms were VERY clean, well stocked and required a combination lock code to gain access. The food was delicious from beginning to end.“
“I have been here several times and haven't had any issues other people are complaining about? The only complaint I have had (once) was the steak in the burrito was cold like it was in the fridge. Not sure what happened there, but the rest of my visits were zero complaints!“

You know how back in the day, chipotle used to load up your bowls and it was like a struggle to finish? That’s what this chipotle is like. They did not skimp out like so many other locations do.
Unfortunately they don’t have the old school chipotle prices but hey, inflation right, what are you gonna do?“

“Many have issue with this location, with a very low 3.2 overall rating, so I hope Chip corp will take action and make change to improve customer experiences. I get take out with my family of 4 weekly and there have been many incorrect to go orders so accuracy is one thing that needs to be addressed ASAP.“
“Ordering should be simple. You say what you want, and they put it in the bowl. However, before you can say you want less of something or skip an item altogether, the person has already added a portion and moved on, looking you dead in the eye. You have a few seconds to accept this reality and eat what you’re given.
I’ll eat here again.“
“This is the only, and I repeat, ONLY Chipotle I go to in the Alexandria area! 😊 And trust me, I’ve been to all of them. 😆 This is the only** location I’ve noticed that is consistently delicious with fresh ingredients, well-made, no mistakes and everything is on point like the old days.
lol We all know Chipotle’s quality has gone downhill… But you can count on this place to not reflect that! 👏🏽 I usually order UberEats from this location specifically or I go in person. Go to this one and you won’t regret it! They’re awesome. 🤩“
