I just think staff could be a little more polite cause I went there for a pickup, I was the only person inside of the restaurant and their were all laughing and speaking in Spanish as they were talking about me I guess? “The employees get 5 stars the customers get one star. The employees were working hard to fulfill online ordered and in person ordered and of course the customers were complaining about the wait time not taken into consideration how hard they were working.“
“This location is nice, but the staffs are not that friendly because the constantly serving people. Very busy!!! Come at 11am or 5pm before lunch and dinner rush, there are more seats and staffs are nicer to you than coming in at rush and expect excellent service from their team. You are not going to get it to be honest.“
“It had been a hot minute since I had been to one of these locations, so I made the decision to come in here on my drive home from work. At around 7:30pm it was rather busy with most of the dining room filled with customers and a line of just a few people waiting to place their orders. I'm split 50/50 between the chicken or steak bowl but I'm a bigger fan of their steak bowl. It seemed like the prices had increased a little bit since the last time that I was in, but the steak bowl is still under $11.50 so I went for it. For the ingredients I requested brown rice, black beans, shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream in that order. There were several employees behind the counter and each person had their role in preparing my bowl. They were generous with the portions and zi appreciated that! I found a table and managed to finish off about half of the bowl, and it was good as expected from here. I liked it!“

“Our favorite in this chain. It is the one closest to us. We eat there at least once a week. We get bowls and salads "to go". Leaving off the atmosphere only because we always get carryout. We have been patrons since they opened. I haven't tried the app but it looks like something I should. A chain we like and do visit other locations when out of the area.“
“It was very busy when I came in, but was surprised at how quickly I got through the line. The staff was fast, efficient, and super friendly. I overheard another customer mention to their partner in line behind me how good of a job they were doing and it inspired me to write my own review. I hope the employees get some recognition for their amazing work!!“
