“I love El Paso, probably the best Mexican food in VA and the Beltway area. Being from California I hereby dub them legit and authentic. The birria pizza was 🔥🔥🔥🔥, carne asada is on point, burritos are great; every time I come here its always good. The margaritas are fuego flame as well. Gracias El Paso! We'll be back 100%.“

“Los Tios Restaurant has a Delicious, extensive menu Hawaiian Fajitas is a dish that is difficult to explain with chunks of fresh pineapple and the steak soft and juicy, the flavor is exquisite. “We jokingly say Tippys has the best mediocre tacos, but legit we eat here multiple times a month and absolutely love it!
My husband is from the area and the owners literally watched him and his friends grow up, and every time we come in he asks us about our family and how we’re doing - it’s just so wonderful! Very rare to have such connections these days and that’s part of the charm!
The kitchen is immaculate too! I was a restaurant manager and have seen some things but you can clearly see that they are well above standards!
You truly cannot beat the service, the price is spot on, and it’s just a neighborhood staple. In a world of curbside and delivery, Tippys is just this nice place where you can see a friend and eat good food.

“The best hidden gems always have the best food, and this spot proves it! Great prices, chill atmosphere, and super friendly service. The food was so flavorful—fish tacos are a must and the margaritas hit just right.
We tried a few other menu items and everything was on point. Honestly, I almost don’t want to share this place because it feels like such a secret, but they deserve the love. I’ll definitely be back soon… and bringing friends!

“Moving back home from the west coast, my experience of Mexican food has been a miss. Curious my hubby and I stopped by for dinner. Very well seasoned food. I expected my chicken enchiladas to be a tad more shredded but it was so well seasoned that my mouth didn’t care. The shrimp was fresh and not frozen. Ask for the hotter salsa as it was spicy to my liking. For the price of the food and the clean atmosphere it was well worth the stop to support a local business. Great job!“

“I was on a bike ride and pulled up to District Tacos around noon. Place was busy but moved fast. Use the kiosks to place your order then sit and wait. It does take a few minutes for the food, but the burrito was just perfect. Tasty. Hot. Meat was moist and fresh. Toppings were fresh.“

“I tend to get food here weekly and it’s always a joy to see the same gentleman who always serves me. That being, Freddy. He’s efficient, charismatic, patient, and I wouldn’t even want to get food here if not for seeing him every time. Super cool guy, and he supplies great service.“

“Was not prepared to handle our large group on a Saturday night. Wasn't too busy other than us. Need more staff. One person trying to do it all. Food was good when it finally arrived. Drinks are expensive and small portioned. Had a Casamigos Double for $22 and it seemed like a single. Fix service issues and this would be a good place.“

“Ordered a Chicken Quesadilla combo (which comes with rice & beans) & a Carne Asada Taco. The rice & beans were a 10/10, and the taco/steak was also very good. I will say I personally found the chicken quesadilla to be a little flavorless unless you used sour cream, which thankfully I ordered, so without the sour cream I wouldn’t recommend that particular item, but with the sour cream it was an 8 or 9/10!
A lot of people are leaving reviews saying the service was bad. That was not the case for us, the staff was very nice and accommodating. I also liked that they cooked everything fresh to order, you could even see the chef/cook making everything while you waited.
Finally, the inside of the restaurant was very clean too. I would come back!!“

“I give the chips between a 4 and 4.5. This place is great but places that have super great chips have shifty food.
Why can't good places like Abi have great chips like Titos in Del Ray(but they have shitty food) or Chili's has great chips but thats not authentic food like Abi
Please Abi upgrade your chips like the other 2 restaurants I just mentioned and I swear your business will double!!“
