El Pulgarcito Restaurant Reviews
Absolutely LOVE this place!!! The restaurant itself is really cute. The owners are very friendly and helpful. My favorite part about the pupusas are that they are filled with flavor and it's not to much dough/bread carbs. Delicious 😋❤️❤️❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Visiting this place brought back some childhood memories because it reminded me of places I used to visit as a kid in my neighborhood where I grew up in DC. The pupusas did not disappoint, I had a revuelta and a carne asada. Both were very good but I was surprised with the carne asada since it was my first time trying it. Also the taco de lengua was very flavorful and tender. The owner and waitress were constantly checking on us and I appreciate the attentiveness.
I did not eat at the place. But pupusas are good. Time, service, and prices are great

El Pulgarcito Restaurant is a welcoming spot with friendly service. The menu offers delicious options such as chicharrones, perfectly cooked lengua, and tasty pupusas. The homemade tortillas and sweet platanos are not to be missed. The food's great flavor is praised by customers, who enjoy the tender carne asada, tasty rice, and buttery shrimps. The pupusa de queso is a favorite, with lots of cheese. The horchata is refreshing, and the restaurant provides chips and salsa as an appetizer. While the sopa de res may not have the same authentic taste as back home, the workers are kind and attentive. The sopa de pollo and bean pupusa are also recommended, though the soup may be considered overpriced. Overall, this restaurant is worth a visit for a satisfying and flavorful Salvadoran meal.
