Ordered delivery, food arrived late, no contact with the driver, and had arrived EATEN. Chipotle corporate provided no apology or relief, or goodwill discount on the reorder - required me to order an additional order on top of my order to get any type of relief - and required me to reorder myself. Shame on Chipotle.
What a poorly managed location. We typically go for lunch right when they open at 11am. Every single time there are several workers sitting down at the tables and eating while the line of around 10-15 people wait for one worker to make their order. Super frustrating to wait 15-20 minutes for one person to help everyone in line. Wasn't expecting much, but this place blows. Staff really need to do better. But they won't, considering how long people have been commenting on it.

Recently, prices have increased from around $10.88 to over $11.48, making it more expensive than other locations. Some customers have noted that portions have been reduced, and the food quality has declined, with chicken sometimes burnt and dry, and the chipotle flavor watered down. The restroom conditions have also been reported as awful, with no soap available. The place gets crowded often, and the staff is generally similar to other Chipotle locations, offering nothing particularly special. While the taste remains similar to other locations, many feel it’s just another Chipotle and are considering trying new restaurants due to the higher prices and less satisfying food quality.
