Servers did not care about the quality of food being served to our family. While in line you could see the line yelling at people in the back. Didn’t appear that there was any leadership involved.

Decent chipotle. I’ve gone many times for lunch and staff is always kind to me. Only complaint is that they really can’t roll a burrito, always leaking and falling apart. Also frequently out of cups and many sodas. Honestly 3.5 is about right. Seems like a lot of complaints are about late night service.

You MUST make it a point to check your order at pickup before leaving the store… as all too often you will absolutely not be receiving what you asked for. This is not the first time this has happened to us, but usually we don’t have bad service like this literally anywhere else we go… and admittedly, forgot that this was something you must do when ordering online at this chipotle location.

Was busy and swung in quick to grab food for the family. It was busy and a little hectic inside. Besides the workers being rude, they were a little shady. My fault for not checking but they threw in guacamole in my bag and charged me for it when I didn’t ask for it. Food was a little skimpy compared to what I’m used to from a chipotle.Either chipotle as a whole is going downhill or this location needs some improving. Likely will not visit this branch again.

If you’re going to start closing down the restaurant at 8pm on a Saturday night then you need to advertise to close at 9 not 11pm! This is the second time I have cam to this chipotle and you have close to nothing. When I ask will you be making more, all of the workers say no. You close at 11pm so why are you closing at 8pm???? This doesn’t make any sense to me so this is my last time coming to this chipotle.

Had to double-check their hours when coming in at 8:25pm as they were putting things away and closing the dining area. Turns out they close at 11… The person who made my bowl was very nice but the young woman who was the cashier didn’t seem too happy to be there, which I get some people having off days, but she ended up rolling her eyes when she was called over and ended up shoving my food to me. It sucks being amicable towards workers and not getting the same reciprocated.
Ordered pickup while in the store and it took over 30 minutes because the employees can’t seem to read the receipts when orders come in. There was one other order ahead of mine and while waiting 7 people began to form a line behind me just for pickup. There were no customers placing orders in line either. I had to tell the employees multiple times my name and order and I even had to remind them it was ready and sitting on the counter. It was truly a pathetic experience. Chipotle has gone down the drain

Not welcoming, no customer service skills. Employees gossiping out loud and yelling across the kitchen. People making bowls look miserable. Aguas frescas are empty. Trash cans overloaded, trash on the floor outside the trash bin. Spilled soda on floor for over 1 hour. Small portions. They skimp on serving size.
