The Dunkin in Potomac Yard is the flagship store for the DC area in my opinion.

While the staff work hard and are always pleasant, they could benefit from a more efficient system to expedite orders. Despite the busy location, the employees handle themselves professionally and with courtesy. Customers often stop in a few times a week for a morning coffee, and the atmosphere and service are usually on point. However, there have been instances of getting old, bitter coffee, and the cleanliness of the restaurant has been an issue at times, with overflowing trashcans and trash on the floor. Overall, Dunkin' remains a convenient and popular choice for quick and tasty food and drinks.
