The crispy chicken sandwich is massive and well balanced (if that’s possible with fast food, ha). The lasagne is also delectable. Prices are much lower than competitors. Highly recommend!“

“One of the best ice cream shops I’ve been to in a long time, I was pleasantly surprised to find homemade custard. The root beer was delightful in my root beer float and you can definitely taste the honey flavors the root beer was made with. The vanilla custard was refreshing and fantastic. I got there 30 minutes prior to closing and the place had a line out the door. It was a fast line and worth the short wait time. I understand now why it was so popular and I look forward to trying more from the menu in the future. They had a lot of great options and accommodations for almost anyone such as sorbet. Really cute area and if you go across the street and down a little there’s more seating to sit and eat your delicious treat outside. There’s also a cute little garden spot directly across the street too with a few seats and a spot for a treat for your dog in the mail box. I would 100% recommend this spot but expect it to be busy.“

“As my group of 10 walked in, there was already a line of 8 or so, but Jude and Z still made sure to welcome us in.

Once we all ordered, they were very accommodating to each of our needs like specific food choices and seating arrangements for our big group.

The wait was rather long, but that could easily be chalked up to the busyness, but once we got the food it was absolutely worth the wait.

As it was all of our first time there, there wasn’t a single person who had something bad to say.

The chicken tenders might be the best tenders I think I’ve ever had, the fries were well seasoned, and the honey garlic wings were still incredibly crispy was just as saucy.

Jude and Z were so wonderfully kind and attentive, they truly went above and beyond with their customer service! It was my first time there, but definitely not my last!“

We always have a tuna and oysters! Then steak this time we shared the cowboy ribeye and added scallops which by the way is not on the menu but elena said they could do it and it was delicious!! 5 star service“

“As part of the US Army, I was sustained in Italy many years ago. I have struggled until now to find quality, amazing tasting Italian food. Mamma's Kitchen in Alexandria surpassed all expectations. It was really good! They had two sauces, a white sauce and green. The green was guacamole, but the white, I'm not sure...but it was good as well! I also had a flan....great!. The price was reasonable, flavors were great, and the juiciness was perfect. Oh, the bread was good too! Not soggy, and not hard.“

“Old Blue catered my daughters wedding. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Old Blue has the best BBQ food in the greater DC area - so, that would be enough to recommend them - however, if you are planning an event, you will not believe the quality of the service they offer. Everyone was helpful, had great suggestions, they even shared decorations with us. The day of the wedding was also perfect - they were attentive and seemed to anticipate every need. Again, they would be worth it just for the food, but they perfect because of everything else.“
