“This is my second time coming to TSC. First time was bad in the glen burnie md location. I decided to give it another shot and I’m so glad I did. “I visit this specific location atleast 2-3 times a week and Miguel is always pleasant. He basically know my order by heart. Lol also, it seems as if this is the only location that makes my smoothie exactly how I like it. I appreciate the customer service and the cleanliness here. Everyone does an amazing job.“

Everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. They're knowledgeable about the menu, quick to make recommendations, and make you feel taken care of without hovering. It's the kind of food that keeps you talking about it atter the meal and already planning what you'll order next time. “Look, it's a chain boba place. I don't expect my mind to be blown. It's consistent and what I need when I need it. Their staff seems to be the only inconsistent thing. However whenever I have experienced a rude employee, I don't see them again. So clearly they know when there is a problem and they adjust.“

“I’ve had more hangry joes since I’ve moved out east than any other restaurant, my family and I *love* it. Biggest caveat, which is one of their strengths, is that the restaurant makes everything fresh… The spice levels have been variable at the five or six different ones I’ve been to! I only get mild, it sometimes the mild is too spicy. Then I’ll ask for “no heat” and it will be completely unseasoned…. If I could just find some consistency in their mild, I’d be good to go. LOL So far my favorite location has been crystal city around the pentagon shops. They always add ranch, and the cook is impeccable!“

“I enjoyed the food and coffee, I bought me a detox pack of juices to get my detox started. Everything about this place is customer service friendly and great prices and quality food. Every time I visit this part of Virginia I have my go to spot zen press does the body good!!!“
