Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hyattsville

“Went tonight for pickup. I got a bowl with steak and it was loaded up with rice and good sized portion of steak, no issues with small portions on my part. The woman in front of us tonight was harassing the staff about being slow with portioning out salad dressing after they ran out of stock. The cashier who was newer was clearly unsure what to do with the woman, but remained calm and still tried to give us a good experience, while the angry customer was berating her and demanding names. The staff did not deserve that and did not respond in a way that escalated the angry customer, who was clearly looking for more excuses to harass them. Staff did thd best they could while being treated badly and I appreciated their grace under unreasonable anger. Service workers deserve better than this treatment.“

“Bunch of angry workers resource guarding the food…at least the food could be cooked to standard to compensate for all that strenuous portioning but unfortunately they couldn’t achieve that either. Disappointed.

Aside from the creeps they allow in and let stay in the dining area…the portions have gotten better. I’m more frightened by the people eating inside than the people making my food which is sort of an improvement. I’ve been satisfied my last few visits after deciding to give this location another shot. Keep up the good work..and please get that security guard back 🙏“

“We eat at this specific Chipotle once a week, and it is always so good. The quality of the food is great, and they are heavy on the amount of food they give you. Othe chipotles have started slacking, but this one is great. There is one specific worker that is the best burrito maker of all time.
However… the actual restaurant is always trashed because of all the mall traffic. Make sure to order to-go!!“
