Chipotle Mexican Grill Reviews
Open in middle of the day but didn’t have soda , cheese, lettuce and other Sides.
Third time I've been here and had to wait for chicken! Why are they always out of ingredients. Reflects really poorly on management. Sucks when you are hear to grab food on lunch and have to wait for chicken to cook and then the way the cook moves it's like she has no sense of urgency or cares that people are waiting
Didn't have cheese. Any cheese. Then, telling us they solved the problem, started our 4-person order, then said alas no cheese, making our orders impossible.
Running out of something isn't a good look to start, but misrepresenting that it's fixed when it wasn't was really bad.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a restaurant that offers Mexican food, known for its good taste and convenient location across from the Inner Harbor. The food, especially the steak in the quesadilla, is often praised for its quality and preparation, with some customers stating it was perfect and deserving of recognition. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and parking is typical of downtown areas. However, there have been some issues with customer service, including employees appearing overwhelmed and overworked, which can lead to inconsistent experiences. Some customers have reported rude attitudes or confusion regarding discounts for first responders, with employees sometimes giving conflicting information about eligibility. Additionally, a server's rush and shouting while preparing orders can make the experience less pleasant, especially if the customer is the only one in line. Despite these challenges, the food generally remains of good quality, and the location continues to serve as a convenient spot for Mexican cuisine near the Inner Harbor.
