I’ve been to this chipotle a couple of times and the service has always been subpar but today it was just horrible. when I walked in, the worker at the beginning of the line was on her phone and stayed on it texting until she felt like she was ready to help us. she also had airpods in which I believe lead to her messing up my order and giving me things i did not ask for. I was overcharged, and paid almost $20 for a simple chicken bowl (i’ve never paid more than $10). the workers have absolutely 0 customer service and are lazy. I will never come back to this location.

Veggie bowl comes with guacamole but when you ask for it on the side, not in the bowl, they charge you extra like a regular side.. When asked, they said because they gave more guac on the side than in actual bowl. Most ridiculous thing I’ve heard. How about give exact amount of guac you’d put in the bowl but put it in the cup then? None of the chipotle locations I’ve gone to do this.Never come back here again.

I got a kid who is allergic to wheat. We asked the server if the tortilla on the kid’s quesadilla was wheat or corn. “It’s corn”, he said. We explained that our kid is pretty allergic, asked him to double check, not once, but twice. “It’s corn, I’m positive”. Not a farfetched situation, both kinds are utilized in Mexican cuisine and I don’t visit Chipotle often, not familiar with their menu. So we ordered it.Thank goodness for my wife, who didn’t feed it to him straight away. The tortilla looked different, we took it back to the counter, server again swore it was corn. Someone finally reached out to this cook in the back, who confirmed what we suspected… The utter disregard for our predicament was appalling. Again, not a terribly difficult question…Only saving grace was that the cook came to our table, brought us a small bag of freshly made corn chips, warm and delicious. “These are corn only, just made them myself”, he said. Nice human being!Cherry on top, they charged 5 cents for a plastic bag but then refused to give us a plastic bag… petty much?Dietary restrictions: Do not rely on servers for allergy-related questions. They either don’t know or don’t care…

This chipotle is pretty bad.When we went, they were out of chicken. Also, the ice machine machine was broken. Finally, 4 of the 8 soda dispensers were out of order - no Coke, no Coke Zero, no Diet Coke, no Sprite.We were stuck eating vegetarian food with warm root beer. We won’t be retuning to this chipotle anytime soon.

So my order is pretty rare x2 chicken and x2 steak and just cheese very plain, I do this on purpose everytime I step foot into a Chipotle. We all know that the portions compared to price is completely off but that's the purpose of ordering double meat. The meat was dry and even though i paid for double what I received is about exactly what I would've gotten without ordering double.The place itself was packed, me and my husband entered the establishment around 745-8ish. The dining room hadn't been cleaned this shift, we go to order and the possibility of fresh food is slim considering the grill is being scrapped and cleaned presumably. Yet like above I order my usual and the guy serving me was impressed with my order being what it is (he knows the portions aint it either) I said "that's not enough" he proceeded to laugh like I was joking. I was not.Got home even more disappointed.
