Disappointed is an understatement. The rice was clumped together in balls and mushy. The chicken had a piece of bone in it. The guacamole was filled with huge chunks of hard avocado.
It’s like any other chipotle. The other reviews are overly negative
Okay. I placed an online order for 8.40 p.m. pickup, showed up on time, and still waited with zero real communication. The food was cold and the portion was skimpy. That's not what you promise, and it's not what customers pay for. Chipotle needs to get its basics right. Order accuracy, food temperature, and portions. Two stars.
