I rarely give bad reviews but I truly just had the most appalling experiences at my local Chipotle. I don’t got there often, as I have had issues in the past. However, I wanted to give this location another chance.(FYI I have been eating at Chipotle’s all over the US for YEARS, and have always had amazing experiences! Love Chipotle!)When I arrived the food station was a total mess. Lettuce was old and brown, chicken and steak were totally dry.The staff were truly HORRENDOUS- like I cannot believe Chipotle employs these humans.They were rude, unprofessional, and inattentive. They had a group of their friends in the store and actually let one of them take their dirt bike (illegal in this city) through the restaurant and INTO the kitchen.I am so disgusted, that I am calling the Health Department tomorrow with a formal complaint.I am writing this because it looks bad for your company. People that live around that location, go to other Chipotle’s because ours is so bad.Again- I will be calling the Health Department tomorrow, but I will NEVER go back to that location again.I ended up throwing my $15 Salad and Guac away because I was genuinely concerned I would get sick.So disappointed and sad, as this is my local spot.

Consistently terrible. Every time I go to this chipotle, they’re out of a ton of items, basic items at that (steak, vegetables, chips, etc), and they get my order wrong. Every. Single. Time. And then I think about it and say to myself “eh must’ve been an off day for them.” So I go again, giving it another shot. And once again, I can count on this Chipotle to suck. To add insult to injury, they skimp on toppings, and offer nothing to remedy empty ingredients. I can understand being out of something on occasion such as dressing, or some other side item. But every single time I come here, not even at busy hours, like 3-4PM, the ingredient pans are barren, and what IS there is dry as a bone. Consistently have to have my bowl remade, because they added a topping I didn’t ask for. At least they’ve got a a skill at making the same thing suck every time. Dining room is always dirty, napkins and dirty tables everywhere. Save your money, go to McDonald’s across the street. Just the absolute worst

This store was fabulous for awhile after it first got in the neighborhood. Not so much now they don’t have peppers alot even at lunch time. Which happens often. Today I went in there and it was at 6:30pm and don’t close till 10pm. I asked for the new chicken and the young man said they just ran out. Now they were at the bottom of almost all of the meats. When I asked about something else the young lady in there all she did was called for it from the back. Now was that hard for him to do, that place is gonna loose a lot of money doing that 3 and half hours before they close. Specially with all the other places around there that are very good and new.

Food was ready to serve. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Food was delicious. Bowls and burritos are prepared to order. Chips were fresh and queso dip was tasty. Parking is always available.

This is undoubtedly the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to. I live nearby so occasionally come here out of convenience but instead of walking 3 mins to get to this location I’d rather drive 20. Rice is always undercooked or cold (or both). Never have any fajita veggies, presumably out of pure laziness of the staff. They don’t start your mobile order until after you arrive at the restaurant, even if they it’s past your quoted pickup time. Chips are always too salty, stale, or more often than not both. Every couple weeks I’ll give this place another shot and every time it’s been completely disappointing.
