I was about to sit down and eat and already had a drink with me. I ask for a courtesy cup and they said they “don’t do that anymore” so I walked out. I just couldn’t support somewhere that isn’t able to accommodate customers supporting their business.
The person working mobile orders needs to understand the people ordering are told to go to the shelf for their order instead you have to go to this girl w a bad attitude. My confusion shouldn’t anger you.

I love Chipolte, let me start off saying that. However, this particular location is tragic. I don't know if the staff is taking it home but this location almos NEVER have what they call "fajitas", I call it the green pepper and onion mix.
