Fast online orders ready on time. Only pay parking available so it’s not an easy in; easy out location.
The GM Carlos is amazing ! He took care of my issues with a smile ! His food is amazing and so is his staff ! Everyone ask for Carlos if you have an issue there he’ll take care of you !

However, the service and food quantity can still be improved. There have been instances where customers were not given enough rice, veggies, or beans and had to request more. Due to its location on campus, the restaurant can be busier than normal, and accessibility for wheelchair customers may be challenging. The atmosphere is described as sterile, and some customers have reported that the cleanliness of the restaurant could be better, with dirty tables and trash left underneath the register. Although the employees are welcoming and friendly, the staff's attitude and tendency to rush customers during ordering can also be improved. While many appreciate the consistent experience across Chipotle locations, some feel this particular restaurant is slightly overrated and recommend alternatives like Qdoba or El Diablo for a different experience.
