I prefer Longhorn over Texas Roadhouse, hands down. The service was excellent and atmosphere was also very nice. What brings it down a bit is how the patrons come in there with sweatpants and yoga pants. This is a Steakhouse, not your local Planet Fitness.
The whole place smells like a dirty dish rag,Or old oil.
And the entire floor is greasy to the point my husband almost fell. You slide on the floor.

Takeout is horrible. The app doesn't work properly. The app has issues. Food not prepared properly. I ordered chicken breast sandwich and it was burnt and a quarter inch thick and it was curled on one end. The manager called it a filet but it's not supposed to be a filet. It's supposed to be a chicken breast. Burnt taste, dark brownish gray color and it smelled like fish was horrible. I couldn't even eat it. Of course I got my money back but that's beside the point.
