We had dinner today and could not me more pleased with our server Ella. She was very personable and professional. Had great confidence for someone the job for only about a month. She took her time with us, responding to our questions and needs. I rerely do this but was so impressed that I found the manager and told her how impressed I was with Ella.
Stopped after an appointment on Oct 26 after 3:30. Had a great meal. To top off the experience was our waitress, Cindy. I'm 69 years old and ì will say she was the best waitress I ever had. So polite, and on top of everything. When my sister and I go again, hope she is working. Good food and great waitress. What more could you ask for?
We love Cracker Barrel when traveling. It makes us feel home. The Harrisburg store had a waiter named Brad. He was amazing at his job. Made us feel like family. Warm, hospitable, friendly, kind. Great young man. Thank you
