I just shop at the gift shop. The last time I ate at this restaurant (a few months ago) I had battered and fried turkey. It was dry and hard as a rock. Maybe it was a bad day in the kitchen but eating out cost too much for the food to be worse than my cooking at home.I like the gift shop.

My son uses a wheelchair & we have always been able to be seated no matter how crowded. We were quoted 20-30 minutes. After 45-50 minutes we were told sorry we're having trouble seating you because we can't find space for your wheelchair. If you take 2 chairs from a table my son can fit just fine & we are not in the way of other guests. Unacceptable!

I hadn’t been in one since 2016 as I live abroad. I didn’t appreciate the dumplings as much as I used to. The food wasn’t as tasty as my memory and it wasn’t hot enough. At one point the place cleared out and it was nice to be able to hear the people I was with.
We were very disappointed on not being able to get biscuits, are drinks not being refilled and our dinner taking over 30 minutes to come out. One of the meals was not correct. We asked to speak to a manager and the waitress just kept telling us he was busy. We never got to see a manager and have our food was not eaten AND the biscuits never came out in the 90 minutes we were there.Kid-friendliness: Our child had to wait about 60 minutes for their food
