“I go to breakfast or lunch weekly with a group of older women. In addition to the really good food, I must say that our waitress today was so kind and patient, as the group tried to decide what they wanted and were talking non-stop. ? My husband and I love dinner there as well. They have very good SENIOR SPECIES MENU“

“We are not fans of chain restaurants. We like mom and pop shops and love supporting local eateries. Our first time trying Feed Your Soul for dinner tonight. We will definitely be back. I had the jumbo lump crab cake with baked mac n cheese, green beans, and cornbread. The only restaurant we have ever been to where black cherry Kool-aid was an option. I felt like I was eating a meal in my Grandma's kitchen! The customer service was wonderful!“

“I stopped in just to grab something. It was quiet. It had a whole vibe to it like welcoming almost I drove my food back to York, PA and first off the smell was just torturing me the whole way back home and as soon as I get in here. I ate my food and it was delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked. My fried shrimp was made fresh 10 out of 10 for me. I’m so glad I stopped by.“

“So I read the reviews and I was a bit skeptical. However, we put in a large order for my entire team at work and we were all blown away at how delicious everything was!! I mean the whole order didn't miss a thing! Extremely flavorful food cooked perfectly. Not to mention we were met at the register with prompt and professional service, contrary to some reviews we read prior. Sure, it's a tiny little whole in the wall ..but the real ones know that's always where you find the best food!!

We all shared everything, but a few things were particularly DELICIOUS AND WORTH RECOMMENDING:

“I love their fried fish, shrimp, and chicken. The sell sides of cabbage,greens and fries and I absolutely love their potato salad!! He had a lot to choose from and lots of specials. The staff is always warm and welcoming and so is the owner! If you want a good lunch or dinner I highly recommend trying king Assad's!!!!“

“My wife and I had dinner on the patio this evening. What a special treat. We shared the cornbread appetizer and the blackened catfish entree. Everything was perfect. We will be back sooner rather than later. The proprietors, Gino and Erin, are absolutely adorable and accommodating.“

“We enjoyed for dinner the empanadas from the truck last night at the Devonshire Church location! Fantastic! We tried the Mac and cheese along with pepperoni, Crab Rangoon , Jamaican jerk and buffalo! Loved them, all homemade with a perfect sweet sauce for dipping.
