McDonald's in Harrisburg

“Went though the drive thru around 8pm on September 23rd, and they were fairly busy. Noticed they were spread thin on employees but the manager Gram was making sure the food got out to me hot and fresh after only a short wait at the window. He was very friendly and knows how to manage his employees. five stars will never go anywhere else!“

“The first thing that caught my attention are the nuggets that were freshly cooked, just crispy but tender. Perhaps the very best I had in McDonalds. French fries were very good as well. Sometimes the fountain drinks feel weird in a fast food, but the sprite we had tasted right. We ordered a world cup meal and got a mug with a picture of Christian Pulisic. Lucky! This is the place I want to be next time. I noticed the dismal rating for this business but my experience was far better.“

“Stopped in for a quick bite. Restrooms were clean and so was everything else!!! Service was fantastic... Wish I could take them back to OH to show them how it's done. Food hot, fresh, and not made messy. Employees friendly and positive.“

“My drive through experience was top tier, rivalling chik fil who? The cashier attendant was so thorough and efficient with taking my order. Also I was confused by having to pull over and wait for my order, but knowing my fries are being dropped fresh is a plus in my book!“

“This location was very clean, and the associates were very nice, but gave service a 3 because, when I went and asked for a soda refill from the manager, she pointed at the soda machine. I told her that it tastes different than what's behind the counter. She knew by my luck that I was not happy with the service, and I told her I was sorry that I bothered her.

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking right in front door. The door is only a single so, you may need help getting through the first and second door.“

“One the BEST McDonalds I’ve ever been to!The SECOND I stepped in I immediately felt the sparkling clean feeling of the place, I mentioned this to the employee and they said their manager makes them clean (all the time). The young staff were excellent. The young man sold me a great food deal like he was a sales pro. The store, the staff and service had a super clean, super sharp vibe.Great positive, uplifting, airy, modern and clean atmosphere. My food was hot, perfectly arranged and again, carried that PERFECTION feel in every bite.I have NEVER experienced this in a McDonalds before. Hats off to management.“

“Food was definitely fresh. You know when you go to a McDonald’s and you’re like these these fries suck. I don’t even want the fries at this place were banging. Parking is free, but only while your customer don’t think you’re gonna park there long-term bathroom doors are locked. The front counter gives you a code to get in.“

“I ordered on the app and picked it up in the drive thru. The employees were very courteous, the service was quick, and the food was hot. I only go to this McDonald's occasionally since I am not in the area very often but every time I have, the service has been very good“

“It's really close to Danville medical center. This is our McDonald's of choice when we're visiting Danville medical center. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, but also today I learned they're very forgetful at 3:00. In the afternoon they forgot my $4 medium fries over my would have been cheaper choice of $3.29 fry a small but before I left the door I checked my bag and realized everything was in there except for the fries. Got out to my car. Started to eat my Big Mac. I like it. Well done. I don't like it blackened and burnt but the more I order these well done. The more awk it feels like they're like okay. He wants it burn it. No I don't want to burn. I don't want it tan. I want it well done. McDonald's please get it together too. It's not just stand around McDonald's. It's clean up in Penn State territory. You need to solve it. We don't want burnt Burger we only want well done burger! After I stood at the counter and waited for 5 minutes, they finally got the attention of me and said oh, what did we miss your French file? Let me guess it was your french fries. Yes, you missed my medium french fries. It cost $4. Yes you did all right. Hold on a second and she acted like she was running over to the fry thing. The fryer I thought. Oh well, at least they're going to be fresh fries. The young man looked at me. Funny. Looked at the floor. Looked at the manager looked at the floor. Looked at me. It was like. Yep. Here's your fries. I got out to the car. The fries were cold and hard. Not only did they forget them they gave me old fries cold and hard. I don't know other times I've stopped here over the last 20 years. Service was great. I don't know what changed. Just my honest opinions this time in 2026“
