“Good food. Staff is great except a few who act like you are inconveniencing them by being there. . Always busy so I guess I can expect that. We are regulars. One manager in particular you will never see her smile. Was very off putting. Our last few visits.
Had a huge run in with this manager about two months ago. Called the new owner and he said it would be handled and this is not his first issue with her. Was there about two weeks ago and she was very nice, smiled, and interacted with guests even while very busy. Much better.“
“The Wesley Drive McDonald's owned by Matt and Jen is a location that deserves its due upgrades. The employees depending on the night can be very good or in need of improvement. The nighttime managers do good when equipped with the proper amount of staff but some of the younger kids don't take the job seriously“
