“Excellent service! The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. My order was handled very quickly, and the entire process was smooth and efficient.

While I was at the drive-thru window, the employee assisting me was especially kind and friendly to my children, which I truly appreciated. It’s always nice to see staff who take the time to make families feel welcome.

Great customer service, fast service, and a positive experience overall. Highly recommended! 😊“

“I've frequented many McDonald's over the decades i five different states. And I find that most mcdonald's cleanliness is not as good as it should be , especially with wiping off tables and cleaning the bathrooms regularly throughout the day. So this mcdonald's is just average for cleanliness. But they really did a nice job on the current big breakfast that they are offering. There was a problem ordering it online through the Mcdonald's application software on the internet, But the staff did an excellent job correcting the problem , which was my order. I was astonished at how good the breakfast was because it was fresh and the hot cakes were actually quite delicious. It was an excellent deal for 5 dollars. And so I am giving an excellent rating for both the staff and the preparation of this meal, the big breakfast, on 7/29/2026. I do hope McDonald's will adopt improved cleanliness standards by dedicating staff to cleaning all tables floors and bathrooms regularly throughout the da, because they serve millions of Americans and meals every day. I like mcdonald's and especially their breakfast. Noce job to this location yesterday!“

“My brother at the window told me he made our mcflurry incredibly... and yessir he did. That thing had oreo in the middle, was mixed three times with oreos on top. Pure beauty in ice cream form. 10/10 would recommend his incredibly made mcflurrys.“

“We made an order, used a coupon, but they didn't want to honor it because payment was made through their system, after telling them we had the coupon. The manager did give us a cash refund, but told us to turn off auto payments if we use survey codes in the future, it seems corporate needs to make a change in the P.O.S. System to accept survey codes when customers have them. There was an error with a breakfast sandwich which they resolved quickly. Dover PA McDonalds is one of the best locations around.“

“I'm very impressed with the cleanliness and kind staff at this location. My family and I stayed at the hotel across the street for Easter weekend. We stopped here for some lunch and play time at the play place. The play place is cool, the place was clean with appropriate signage for wet floors since it was raining. A mom near us accidently spilled her drink and the staff were so incredibly kind to them. That is what prompted me to write this review. Our food also came out quickly, correct and delicious. Thanks so much for adding to my family's fun weekend!“

“Clean, hard working staff, food was correct and pretty fast, one issue that gave 4 not 5 stars is the staff seem to forget that not everyone uses the kiosk ordering machines, and just want to order with a real person n pay at once, but noticed the staff pay little yo no minf to the front register side unless someone says hello is someone gonna help me. My thing is some people order on the kiosk but are paying cash do now they have to wait for a human to come ring him up with his cash before they make the order, so unless u speak up for someone attention u be waiting for sometime. Only complaint. Honestly if they are using them ordering machines to be quicker for in n out service it doesn't seem to be any faster service. Esp for many people who pay with cash. Which seem like a lot of places really trying to do without cash payment orders with the way they ignore the front. It's take do much more time on the kiosk in my opinion as they ask to many questions and choices that are un needed. That's why I prefer ordering with a human. So I just say exactly how I want it. I don't want to have to go thru a billion side n extra choices . I feel like they try to confuse people overwhelm people n they start hitting things that they are charged for, which is anything n everything u ask for where as before you at least get one condiment free . Gotta watch receipts for extra charges for condiments that u usually don't pay for unless your asking for tons of them. I was charged for condiments that I didn't want on my sandwich but on the side to put amount I like. I noticed it n they changed it but many people don't notice or look at receipt they just pay. They prices of things everywhere today, I advise you to check out receipt no matter where you go, you be surprised how many places charge different fees for things they shouldn't be. Longer review then I planned but it's useful information that was brought to my attention from someone else who got charges for things shouldn't of. So passing it on. Ty“

“I primarily visit for the coffee, which is a solid choice for a morning fix or an afternoon boost while on a job site. The facility itself is updated and clean. However, be aware that the drive-through it's tight, while standard crew cabs fit, I wouldn't recommend it for long beds + a crew or extended cabs. Exiting to the south is also diffcult; most locals cut through the back lot and around the block instead. The window staff are friendly, and while I haven't tried the food, the coffee (both hot and iced) definitely does the trick in a pinch. They still make you use the old two windows system, for payment and pick up.“

“Fries nice and hot/ Friendly staff. Prices for even the meals are high. The drink is ordered to go with my meal I was charged full price. Even though a drink was included. They could of just charged half price if that was not a drink I could of picked. Felt i was overcharged.“

“Really miss the soft bench seat but the renovations to the dinning area look great. I eat and do door dashing on the side and I come here Alot. The orders are prepared fairly fast and are usually correct just depends on how busy they get. Like any restaurant when overwhelmed small thing can be missed but they are always quickly quickly to fixed and correct the orders. Staff are kind and on point to their customers.“

“Service was great the young man working behind the counter was even so kind as to give me a complimentary milkshake because of them not having the Shamrock shake available even though it was stated as being available on the menu and I didn't realize it until I looked at my debit card balance and realized he voided the transaction on his end that right there is a very kind gesture and not necessary yet it was a delightful treat and I am grateful for his kindness.“
