“Excellent service! The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. My order was handled very quickly, and the entire process was smooth and efficient.

While I was at the drive-thru window, the employee assisting me was especially kind and friendly to my children, which I truly appreciated. It’s always nice to see staff who take the time to make families feel welcome.

Great customer service, fast service, and a positive experience overall. Highly recommended! 😊“

“This McDonald's has excellent food but they need more staff!! Eastport teenagers running around getting people's orders everywhere. It's unfortunate it's the only McDonald's in Lebanon PA . I FEEL BAD FOR THEM !! I WAITED 45MIN. FOR 2 BURRITO MEALS N STILL GOT ORDER WRONG:CAME HOME WITH ONLY1 BURRITO N CHARGED FOR 2 BURRITO MEALS!! ❤️LOVE MICKEY D'S!!!

“I'm very impressed with the cleanliness and kind staff at this location. My family and I stayed at the hotel across the street for Easter weekend. We stopped here for some lunch and play time at the play place. The play place is cool, the place was clean with appropriate signage for wet floors since it was raining. A mom near us accidently spilled her drink and the staff were so incredibly kind to them. That is what prompted me to write this review. Our food also came out quickly, correct and delicious. Thanks so much for adding to my family's fun weekend!“

“My brother at the window told me he made our mcflurry incredibly... and yessir he did. That thing had oreo in the middle, was mixed three times with oreos on top. Pure beauty in ice cream form. 10/10 would recommend his incredibly made mcflurrys.“

“As a worker here I get compliments and told daily how people choose this location over any in the area because the service is on point. We strive to make everyone happy, welcome and wanted.
Sadly there are no Veggies or Vegetarian options at this location The Covid quarantine took that away.
I'm not a vegetarian but I enjoyed the Veggie Wrap the most.
What I eat the most for breakfast is the Stake Egg and Cheese McMuffin add breakfast Sauce, with a hashbrown and Honey mustard for dipping all with a a glass of water and lemon. For lunch, it's the McChicken add Tomatoes, Bacon, and BBQ. Or it's the Daily Double add Bacon and BBQ sauce, both with a small fries and Honeymustard for dipping. Yelp you guessed it with a glass of water and lemon.“

“I primarily visit for the coffee, which is a solid choice for a morning fix or an afternoon boost while on a job site. The facility itself is updated and clean. However, be aware that the drive-through it's tight, while standard crew cabs fit, I wouldn't recommend it for long beds + a crew or extended cabs. Exiting to the south is also diffcult; most locals cut through the back lot and around the block instead. The window staff are friendly, and while I haven't tried the food, the coffee (both hot and iced) definitely does the trick in a pinch. They still make you use the old two windows system, for payment and pick up.“

“Came in close to lobby close time on 6/2/26 , which I know from personal experience is when Fast food staff might be less appreciative of your presence. But the staff was friendly, accommodating, fast, order was perfect and everything was fresh and delicious. 10/10. That team represented the brand far better than some other McDonald's I've had the displeasure of visiting.“

“Really miss the soft bench seat but the renovations to the dinning area look great. I eat and do door dashing on the side and I come here Alot. The orders are prepared fairly fast and are usually correct just depends on how busy they get. Like any restaurant when overwhelmed small thing can be missed but they are always quickly quickly to fixed and correct the orders. Staff are kind and on point to their customers.“

“Shout-out to the Saturday closing team today!! 🙌 We were picking up two mobiles on a Saturday night, we noticed we only got the food for one order, no big deal, went back in to grab it. They were quick to remake it for us and even threw in a pack of cookies for the trouble! Awesome team!!“

“Service was great the young man working behind the counter was even so kind as to give me a complimentary milkshake because of them not having the Shamrock shake available even though it was stated as being available on the menu and I didn't realize it until I looked at my debit card balance and realized he voided the transaction on his end that right there is a very kind gesture and not necessary yet it was a delightful treat and I am grateful for his kindness.“
