Fastest, cleanest, in Lancaster. Drive thru always a line but they get you handle fast.
I ask for a 4d, spicy chicken deluxe, what do I receive? A mcchicken. Why am I paying $6 for a chicken sandwich when you hand out a $2 sandwich. I'm calling corporate, the cops, and my mom.
The young person that was at front counter last night was very well-mannered and helpful as well. When I asked for more ketchup there were no questions asked. Everyone was very mature and reserved. I appreciate that in a fast food place. Thank you!

McDonald's is a restaurant with on-site parking that can accommodate customers. The place is described as clean and accommodating, with a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. It employs friendly staff who work quickly and efficiently, and many customers appreciate their courteous service and warm greetings. However, there have been some issues with the cleanliness of the restaurant, and while it looks remodeled semi-recently, some booths could use refinishing. The breakfast sandwiches have been criticized for having too much bread and not enough egg. The restaurant's drive-through service has also received negative feedback, with customers reporting that their requests were not fulfilled correctly. Despite these concerns, it is said to be consistent with other McDonald's locations in Lancaster and seems to attract many teenagers. Many customers recommend this McDonald's for its good food and fast service.
