“They were Busy, Big Busy. Both Drive Thru lines were packed and the wait was fairly long. Team members were very polite and maintained a calm, pleasant demeanor which I really appreciated. Unfortunately my mobile order was missing some key items so I had to get back in line. The Drive Thru was cleared out thankfully. I shared that my order was wrong and I was told to pull to the 2nd window. The wait to the window was again backed up ?. I decided to place a call to speak with the manager out of desperation. I spoke with one of the Managers Kristen and let's just say... she made it right. She was apologetic and admitted that it was busier than normal. The food was fresh! Thank You“
“Very happy with my experience! I had lunch with my 18 month old son, and after we ordered and sat down, a nice older woman came over to talk to us and was very kind! She gave him a little rabbit toy that he loved to yell HOP HOP until our food came out! Food was good as well, but that woman made his day. Thank you!“
“Every McDonald's should prepare their double QPC the way mine was prepared on this visit. It was the juiciest I've ever had. Excellent job. I mean, you could almost think it wasn't even from McD's, that's how good this one was. I've come to expect mediocrity (but consistent mediocrity) when I go to McD's but this was different. My only gripe is that in recent years all the buns for QPCs have been somewhat dried out. Please fix that, McD's.“
“The staff at this McDonald’s location are decent and friendly. The food is okay, but nothing to write home about. However, the kids’ play area is a plus for families with young children. Overall, it’s a decent place to grab a quick bite to eat.“
“Employees are not too swift! If a change occurs; eg total is 4.99. you pay with $5.04. CHAOS ensues. (Drive thru) Not all, of course! My fave, regardless #1, is their fries: as long as they haven't sat longer than a minute!!!!! Mmmmm...“
