“Made reservations for 3pm for 5 adults and 3 children. We got there 10 mins before 3 and check in and they tell me that it will be an hour and a half wait! Like what are you talking about I made a reservation for 3 for 8 ppl and I have to now wait an hour and a half because you gave my table away before my reservation time. Wth kind of customer service is that and why even have it to make a reservation if they only going to give away your table to walk ins. So we decided to take tables side by side which was okay but very upset they gave table away for ppl that make reservations. If we decide to go back we are not gonna make reservations and see how that goes. Didnt know your considered a party if you have more than 7ppl. Waitress Courtney was awesome.”

I had chicken primavera which I enjoyed but for the price I was hoping I’d actually get chicken in it. My father in law had 1 of the 3 that were available that evening pork chops special. he thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was good , the drinks were good but it seemed overpriced. Expect $16 cocktails. We still will go backService : our waitress offered to turn up lights for us. They also took off two of our desserts for our birthday dinner which was unexpected and generous.Atmosphere : it’s trendy , I love the decor , but it’s Dark !! We sat in corner and very little lighting . The waitress did offer to turn up lights but I didn’t want to bother everyone else’s experience . We still enjoyed our time and will go back”

“I had a 2200 mile fiber optic contract in Pittsburgh, PA. It lasted 12 weeks. I went to Longhorns at least once a week if not more often. I love the Outlaw steak. That's all I ever get due to the fantastic flavors and tenderness. My youngest daughter (23 yrs) joins me with the Outback. But, the rest of my family enjoys the filets, Salmon, and chicken entrees.I know that almost $30 for the Outlaw could sound a little expensive. But, when you compare the same steak ($50) at other restaurants. Do the math.... I'm not naming the restaurant. I've had two $50 steaks. One absolutely the best. The other not even close!! I know Longhorn is always consistent.PS. You definitely have to try the sweet potatoe with butter and cinnamon! It's like dessert.”

All our sandwiches came with fries. You could upgrade from fries to soup or sweet potato fries for an extra cost. The service was great and friendly. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the beer selection. I was expecting more craft beer varieties, with the name of craft 2700. I thought the name indicates craft beer.”

“As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a smile, sated with the 2 minutes. Waitress was so friendly and informative about everything on the menu. Our drinks were on the table, and food was quickly served. The chicken parm was so delicious, chicken was fresh and the spaghetti cooked just right. I highly recommend dinning in.”
“So good! I got the Churro cheesecake crepe and it was delicious. They let the kids sample the ice cream to find the flavor they wanted and the staff was friendly. The menu and ice cream flavors are only written in Spanish though... but they do have pictures so you can see what the items are.”

“Understated excellent pizza place with reasonable prices. $13.50 for a large cheese. Very good sauce & crust and a fairly large menu to include subs, pasta, Stromboli and dinners. The entire staff and owner are super nice and you feel sincerely appreciated as a customer. The owner makes an attempt to say hello to everyone despite how busy he is. I found this by accident visiting my parents. Now it's in my favorites! Food does not disapppint!”

We don’t live in this area, moved away 8 months ago, but decided to stop by and wanted to give this Plaza Azteca a chance to redeem itself from a not so positive experience in July. Possibly that visit was an off day for them because today was what we are used to here at Mt Penn’s Plaza Azteca. Chicken was cooked well, very crispy. But I'm not a fan of mayo at all. And it doesn't say on the menu that there is an aioli on it. No biggie. They took care of me and apologized. This is some of the best service I've ever had in my life. 15/10 would absolutely recommend. PLUS they have all you can eat wings for 13.99 on Wednesdays!!!! “Must try! Did not go inside, had delivery. Over the years in Exeter Township, we would alternate between China Penn, Joyful House in Douglassville, Best China Chef, and Family Garden in the city, the latter two being hit or miss for several months. I saw some positive local reviews for Lucky House and so glad I tried it. Recommend the teriyaki beef on a stick, General Tso’s chicken, and the shrimp roll had two decent size shrimp in it that were tasty. General Tso’s was super spicy. Despite that, it was light, crispy, flavorful, and just really good. It was fresh, didn’t stick together, and was not overcooked and dry like some we have had. Will definitely order from here next time.”

“Heard they had trivia on Thursday nights. A friend and I wanted to scout it for future trivia nights with our other friends.There is family style bench seating. It might be a turn off to some people. It's a converted firehouse.They specialize in local craft beer and sodas. Food choices are several types of Pizza. Prepared in pizza ovens. Also there are a couple appetizers.I ordered the Philly cheese steak egg rolls and Pretzel bites with beer cheese (I can't eat pizza, not their fault) and a local brand root beer. Food was delicious no complaints.Trivia was fun.Only minor issue is because it's crowded in a relatively small place the noise level is surprisingly loud.I would definitely come back though.”

“Paparone's is a staple of the community for over 30+ years now that has such a classic home style pizza you can't get enough of. I have been going here since I was a kid, and am glad they are still around today. It's all about the sauce! That is something you just won't find at any other shop around here. Also if you want a vegetarian option, try their Tomato Pie, one of the best I have had in this area. It is hard to find a good pizza shop, the family here is very welcoming and definitely shows their love for feeding Berks with some of the best eats!”

My husband ordered the burger special, our friends ordered the shepherds pie and the Reuben. Our sandwiches came with fries. A man came to our table with bottles of tullamore dew and tullamore dew with honey. He offered us "goodies" also. I enjoyed the shot of tullamore with honey and I usually do not enjoy shots. Once or twice the cookie I wanted was sold out, which was devastating, but I guess I can’t blame them given they sold out because they were likely delicious. Most of the time, it’s very quick visit, in and out, and I get what I want without any problems. I always appreciate the menu being updated regularly, sometimes a cookie is a mess but overall we love crumbl!”

Skylight is a family run restaurant that specializes in Latin American cuisine. There are a few Italian entrees on the menu too. The hostess was very friendly and welcoming. My wife had a grilled chicken Caesar salad and I had a marinated grilled skirt steak with a side of sweet plantains. We hadn’t had plantains before and they were wonderful. We shared the Tres Leches cake for dessert. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Skylight Cafe.”

“Liberty Tap Room!! Cannot say enough about management, food & servers for a private party ( luncheon after a burial) who knew they did buffet/catering. It was so easy & we had the place to ourselves, just wish it was a bit warmer to be outside. Looking for a great place for a party I Reccommend!! Jared, the manager was so accommodating & east to work w/last minute. Was responsive on Mon. when they are closed & by Thur everything was set for 50! Thank you.”
“The trees here were good and the prices the best around. Small trees were $40-$60. The guys working there were friendly and serviced us well. They wrapped it up and helped tie it onto the car. They did it it well enough that it didn’t fall off on the drive home lol. I’d recommend for anyone looking for an affordable tree. The other 3 places we visited were averaging 90-125 a tree!!”

My children Kaitlyn & Alexander love their chicken strips with barbecue, and I personally like their spicy chicken sandwich. My children have been attending since pre-school and they are now adults. “Muhlenberg Arbys! Not all Arby’s locations are the same. Some are better then others, and my three favorite locations are located on 5th street in Muhlenberg, Shillington and Wyomissing. To maximize your savings, please download their app. I get weekly discounts and deals, and the food is delicious, my favorite fast-food restaurant chain. I just had an incident in Muhlenberg, and it was my fault. I did not pay attention, and I ordered from my cell, and I accidentally picked Shillington location instead of Muhlenberg on my app. I am really annoyed why they refer to both locations as Reading on the app to make it more confusing, when they are clearly not. I digress! So I went online, ordered and paid, but - when I realized the mistake, I could not cancel my order, because there is no cancel button! Also I could not call, because for whatever the reason, my cell was unable, therefore - it was definitely not my day. I immediately told the lady at the counter which I later found out was the Store Manager, and I told her of my problem during a very busy time. She listened and told me she would address asap after she took care of her customers waiting in drive thru. As promised, she kept her promise, contacted Shillington (TY for understanding) and canceled my order explaining what happened, and issued me credit. I could have gotten screwed, in so many different ways, but - the Muhlenberg Store Manager was fantastic in dealing with my negative situation, even though it was my fault. “They have both Taco Bell & KFC together inside the same building. Both can be ordered at same place.They kept 2 separate menu displayed. Mostly the display boards, they kept for KFC only.There is no kiosk for self order. In mobile Taco Bell app also, this location didn't appear.As usual they have 2 entry doors and drive thru available for both.The tables & chairs were available to have dine-in and less crowded as most of the people take to go only.There is no rest room also available here but most of the Taco Bell restaurant does have rest room near the counter.They accept all kind of payments including cash.From KFC, most of the customers buy 8 pcs Chicken Drums & Thighs for $10 on Tuesdays as it is Tuesday special.From Taco Bell, the new Cantina menu tasted good and it is available in Crispy/Soft taco, Burrito & Quesadilla variety only.Service was very good in placing the order or pickup the food. They explained clearly at counter when I had questions on KFC order.By mistake they prepared Taco instead of Burrito from my order, but they called me and told that the taco will be free and I can have that and also gave burrito as per my order. I had forgotten to ask for extra tarter sauce, but they later (from the kitchen) brought it out to me when I asked, with a smile on his face even though he was busy (just love that). Customer service with a smile is seriously in decline! Anyway, the fries were great- crispy and hot with a slight coating (kind of like BK's). Owned and operated by Florin and his wife, Angie, one can only imagine the amazing heights their personal relationship has achieved if it mirrors anything like what they’ve done with the place and the food here – as “love” is clearly at its center.I was encouraged to try the cheesesteak which in my opinion is easily the best cheesesteak I’ve had ever. The bread is made fresh I’m told and you can taste it in every mouthwatering bite. The crisp flakey crunch of the crust is light and the dough just melts in your mouth. The meat is hardy and not overly greasy, the sauce in clever blended in with the steak and the cheese and when you marry all of that with the fried onions and extras you’re left with something you just know you don’t have time to replicate in your home kitchen.Florin is the kind of guy that let me taste of a few of the wings as well. Something he clearly can’t do for every patron but let me just say they are worth it as well. Perfectly seasoned, a nice bite to them, and delicious through and through.The bar itself is clean, surprisingly clean and updated. The sandy browns and rustic colors scream old Italy to me and invite you to venture back deep into the bar where things open up to a dance area complete with Titan Tron lighting, a sound system your smartphone can sync into, and every bars must have – a very nice pool table.I highly recommend everyone making Florino’s they’re new hang out spot. But if you don’t, I wouldn’t be mad at all – as that will be just more elbow room for me!”

“With Mussos' having baked its last bread, I will now deliver the eulogy; For over a decade, I have frequented this restaurant in addition to having made a few stops at the previous location back in the day and overall, it was typically a pleasant dining experience. The menu was vast, the food was delicious and satisfying, the ambiance was appealing, and the servers were typically friendly as well as competent. Unfortunately, however, Musso's never felt inviting as the owner never warmed up to us in the slightest. I will never really understand why either, seeing as he could be friendly and accommodating with others. Perhaps he felt that we were beneath him? I can assure you that our money is just as green as anyone else's, and we contributed much of it to his livelihood over the years, so a little gratitude was surely in order. At best, he was standoffish with us and at worst he could be downright unpleasant. Surely, Musso's officially closing marks the end of an era and leaves a void in the community and also in our stomachs. I will miss the food, atmosphere and servers but I will not miss the disapproving looks or the grievances relayed through servers. I guess you don't have to be fond of the artist to appreciate the art, and I will definitely miss dining here.”

All our sandwiches came with fries. You could upgrade from fries to soup or sweet potato fries for an extra cost. The service was great and friendly. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the beer selection. I was expecting more craft beer varieties, with the name of craft 2700. I thought the name indicates craft beer.”
