“I came here to get the martini flight that I saw people post online, however, they appear to only do that on Sundays. We decided to stay since we were already here and order food. A few minutes later the waitress came over and offered to make a mimosa flight - which was so nice and much appreciated! We took her up on her offer and it was great! We also ordered the pretzels and the reuben - both were fantastic. Homemade chips were incredible! Super clean inside, friendly service, very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend!”

“I've been searching everywhere for the perfect grilled ham and cheese with grilled onions and extra cheese, and I finally found it at Big Bertha's!
This sandwich was absolutely amazing—perfectly grilled, loaded with flavor, and made exactly the way I wanted it. The grilled onions were cooked just right, the cheese was melted to perfection, and the portion size was incredible. The name doesn't lie—these sandwiches are HUGE!
On top of the great food, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in.
If you're looking for delicious food, generous portions, and excellent service, Big Bertha's is definitely worth the visit. I'll be back again and again!”

“Customer service is out of this world! I ordered a 3 day cleanse last week and there was a misunderstanding when I went to pick it up in the morning. They actually brought it to my job so that I wouldn’t have to come back!! Things like that don’t happen anymore plus the names of the juices and other menu items are awesome and they taste great too! “Jeremiah and Alex are top tier servers, upon the most exquisite among the workers within the Popeyes Fast Food industry! These two gentlemen work better than spaghetti and meatballs, (Jeremiah obviously being the meat). these two individuals single handedly run this beautiful establishment, I whole-heartedly believe they both deserve raises- no- possibly higher chain employment, fitting for distinguished service granted to us. If Jeremiah and Alex have 1000 fans, i’m one of them! if they have 100 fans, i’m one of them! if they have 10, i’m one of them. if they have no fans, I am dead. Love those guys!”

“Although I enjoy mixing their garlic and sweet onion sauces on my sandwiches and the usually fast service, I AM OFFENDED by the register request FOR A TIP.! ? WHY❓ UNLIKE waitresses that get paid $2.50 an hour and ACTUALLY GIVE EXTENDED SERVICE and are dependant on tips, these employees get a decent working wage.!RIDICULOUS REQUEST for 5 minutes worth of interactions, when dining in servers spend an hour or more serving you.??❓?”

“I’m in town for a few days. Stopped bye on a late Monday evening. Just before closing. Got the most incredible California Cheesesteak . So Good! Packed with meat sauce and the fixings ! Swung bye yet again on Tuesday after work. Same thing !!! Fries were hot and delicious. Hats off to management and nice friendly employees! See you again on my next travels !!”

“10/10 experience!! The biscotti is the perfect texture with many flavors to choose from! The latte was delicious and the service was friendly and welcoming. We chose to hangout in one of the little igloos they have on the back patio. The igloo was warm and the fuzzy blankets were a cozy touch. Definitely will be back again. “In regards to the Sinking Spring Rita's... No problem with the food itself. But after waiting 25 minutes in line, I was greeted with super rude customer service. Ordered a watermelon gelati, small, took a breath to keep talking, but the girl already turned away and started making it in the back, before she knew what flavor custard I wanted. She made vanilla and another girl asked if that was all. I asked for a twist for my custard and the original girl said "it's already made" and I said "I didn't finish my order" and my partner said "can you make it again please" after she gave us silence. Then she said "next time say that when you order" and I said "you walked away." Then we paid and resumed our lives. She was ready to walk away before I even told her what size I wanted. At the very least ask what flavor custard I want if you thought I was done ordering, don't just walk away without knowing what the customer wants. Incredibly rude to then imply I have to take the wrong order simply bc you made it wrong. So to the short blonde chick working last night (04/28/24) at this location around 6:30pm, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and say maybe you had a bad day or were stressed bc the line was long and you were busy; however, use this as a chance to reflect and learn how to manage your mouth and take accountability for your actions, esp at work, bc you were just unnecessarily rude when you were the one who messed up. Or just take the customers whole order first.”
