“I've been searching everywhere for the perfect grilled ham and cheese with grilled onions and extra cheese, and I finally found it at Big Bertha's!
This sandwich was absolutely amazing—perfectly grilled, loaded with flavor, and made exactly the way I wanted it. The grilled onions were cooked just right, the cheese was melted to perfection, and the portion size was incredible. The name doesn't lie—these sandwiches are HUGE!
On top of the great food, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in.

“After doing some serious research, I found it worth driving from Lancaster to try this place. It was so worth it. I got the sesame chicken as well as the pork fried rice and both are awesome!! The spring rolls were really good also. I haven't had truly good vegan Chinese food since Horizons and Kingdom of Vegetarians in Philly. This is right up there with those and I'd recommend the drive from Philly to anyone missing that quality of food. The people were so nice and it was very clean and inviting. Thank you so much.
