Starbucks Coffee Company is praised for friendly staff who are always kind and make great drinks, such as the pink drink. Customers appreciate that their slightly difficult drinks are made perfectly and that they are remembered for special touches like a pup cup for their dogs, which makes both the pets and owners happy. The drive-thru service is convenient and enjoyable, with many noting they prefer it over other coffee options. However, some wish for more gluten-free food choices, as they would like hot meals instead of small snacks. Overall, customers enjoy their visits and the quality of service.
