I have avoided writing a review as I had hoped things would improve unfortunately they have not. The only reason I still come here is my family, and I really enjoy KFC.Have had my order not correct or incomplete 3 out of 5 orders this year.I place my orders well in advance and arrive 10 to 20 minutes after the order is to be done per the app, and it is still not done.The last two times had to wait for biscuits. This KFC is the absolute PITS. I mean it's horrendous. Took an insane amount of time to get our food, with no update or apology from the people working here. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and only the hot water worked and it burned me. Avoid like the plague

Went here with my best friend & the bathroom was nasty & there was water everywhere. The price was ridiculously high for 8pc meal & that didn't include drinks. On top of that they didn't have any refill.. Will not be back.
