Not only did she go above an beyond to answer all about our questions about the menu, she made suggestions, was efficient, and most of all was friendly the entire time. She cared. Her job mattered. I am so truly impressed by her attention to detail and dedication to all of her tables as well as her boss! she was the only waitress with multiple parties and still made it the best experience! “I’ve come here throughout my entire childhood. Whenever I would visit my parents as an adult, I’d stop by even just for an ice cream cone! Nowadays I enjoy taking my son and can’t wait for warmer days so we can take a stroll down to the Drive-In for some ice cream and fun!! Love seeing the ducks as well.“

“I went here on Saturday. I was on a bus trip with my church family from Connecticut to see the play Joshua at Sight and Sounds in Lancaster. Then we went to the outlets. By the time we got to the outlets, I was not feeling well and I was having some mobility issues, so I couldn't really walk around the outlets. I sat on a bench for a while and I saw two girls walking by with two iced coffees. From where I was sitting I could see the label of the coffee cup down the hill on the sign for the cafe so I decided to try to walk down there to get some coffee.
I am so glad I went in the cafe it was so nice and beautiful and appeared very clean and maybe have air conditioning. The staff was so nice they told me to go to the back to read the menu and then I can order. I had a shamrock iced coffee which was wonderful and this delicious asiago bagel with homemade cream cheese. It was amazing! It really hit the spot. I sat in a booth and people watched and watch the news on my YouTube. I am so grateful for this Cafe that I was able to enjoy my trip to the outlets even though I couldn't get around that much. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality and wonderful food! I hope to come back sometime when we visit again.“

“Kitchen Kettle Village was such a fun and charming stop! There were so many shops to explore — from homemade treats to handcrafted decor — and even some of the cutest little Airbnbs right on-site. I could’ve taken home so many snacks and goodies, but the semi can only hold so much 😂 We still managed to bring back a few favorites! The fudge-making was so fun to watch (and taste!), and the pretzels, ice cream, and kettle corn are absolute must-tries. It made for such a nice, relaxing afternoon in the heart of Amish Country, and we can’t wait to come back again soon! 🛍️🍦🌾“

We were seated promptly. Our server's name was Phineas... And from the moment he introduced himself, we knew that our evening was going to be phenomenal. His smile and attitude and personality was off the charts amazing... He was seriously the best server we've had in 4 months, at any restaurant we've been to recently. He seemed excited to see us, enjoyed his work, and wanted to ensure our dining experience was first class! He was quick with our beverages & refills and refills on the water. He answered a couple of questions and had a couple of really good suggestions on the menu items. We both settled on the Red Robin burger with the egg, (her's with no bun) and I asked to have some guacamole added to mine... The food came out perfect... Phineas was pleasant and personable and there's a pretty good chance we'll go back and ask for him by name the next time we're in the area. If you're dining at the red robin near the outlets in Lancaster Pennsylvania, ask for Phineas as your server. As employers and entrepreneurs ourselves, we recognize rockstar employees when we see them... If you're in management at Red Robin, take good care of that young man! If you don't, an employer like us may consider trying to lure him away. 😉“

So I ended up going back to get the order fixed and the staff were very understanding of the situation so a employee by the name of Leo made the sandwich fresh from scratch and even included a med dirty dr pepper for the error. The overall service was a amazing and I would recommend this sonic to anybody 10/10 service. Shout-out to Leo for the excellent customer service.“
