Not only did she go above an beyond to answer all about our questions about the menu, she made suggestions, was efficient, and most of all was friendly the entire time. She cared. Her job mattered. I am so truly impressed by her attention to detail and dedication to all of her tables as well as her boss! she was the only waitress with multiple parties and still made it the best experience! “This is our normal go to place to order pizza but today was a little special. We had ordered a large pepperoni pizza with the pepperoni in the shape of a number 4 for our daughter's 4th birthday today and a large cheese pizza. Not only did they make the 4 but they also left a little note for her in the box. Then when it was delivered the young man who delivered made sure to wish her a happy birthday. Thank you guys for doing this for her.“

“If you are getting pizza stick with the regular (not pan), and get takeout not delivery. We got a regular pepperoni and it was great. The pan pizza toppings were stuck to the delivery box and fell off the bread even after cooling off. The main reason for losing two stars is to find out after ordering that Uber delivers the food. It took an hour on a weeknight to get the delivery even when we were quoted less time. We could track the order and the driver took over 20 min to get to the store. The food was no longer fresh when we got the order.“

“What a hidden gem! This little Italian spot completely blew me away. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff treat you like family from the second you walk in.

The food is fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. The fried calamari was light, crispy, and perfectly seasoned (not greasy at all). The shrimp Alfredo was rich and creamy, with tender shrimp and pasta that tasted homemade. The pizza had that perfect crispy crust, and the garlic bread was the best one I have ever tried!

It’s not a huge place, but that’s what makes it so special. You feel like you’ve stumbled into a true neighborhood treasure. If you’re craving authentic Italian comfort food in a relaxed, friendly setting, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I spent 3 days in Lancaster n I went on one bite pizza appt for best pizza in lancaster n out of the top 100 places only 4 places impressed me n Pizza City was one of them n not far from the motel where I was staying at so, it was a no Brainer. I have tried ALOT of pizza in my life n I do reviews. I was really impressed on how good this was a true NY style pizza. Thin crust, well cooked undercarriage, good amount of tasty sauce with just enough cheese with zero grease. Highly recommend it here n just wished it was closer. Also, prices extremely reasonable to where I live.“

“I am originally from Philly and finding a cheesesteak in Lancaster County has been impossible! I have come to the realization that adding pizza sauce to a cheesesteak is the norm. Adding pizza sauce makes it a Pizza cheesesteak and I am often looked at as crazy when I ask for Ketchup instead of Pizza sauce. I have to say that this Pizza place has hands down the best damn cheesesteaks in Lancaster County. The rolls are not homemade from Pizza dough and are actually soft and delicious. My only complaint would be they are a little light on the meat but that's not going to stop me from visiting again. The older lady at the counter was personable. She greeted everyone with a smile as they walked in the door and her service was spot on! If she was having a rough evening, it didn't show. If you are looking for a REAL cheesesteak, this is the place. Just tell them to hold off on the Pizza sauce!“
