I wanted to write a long review praising how I felt about the sub I received and the the great attitude of the gentleman that made it. If I didn't know better I wouldn't even know he was at work. He wasn't uncaring, he seemed to enjoy what he was doing, and I got the feeling my sub was going to be made as if he were going to eat it. It's hard to find that in my experience.
