Love Srepss, is now my local ho to place for sandwiches after the decline of V&S. Always good service and good quality.Nothing fancy, but who needs that for a good sandwich and a good price.Also great tomatoe pies.

No atmosphere even for a small sandwich shop. Personnel make no attempt to be pleasant. Italian hoagie. 3 slices of meat, 1 pc. of cheese, 3 slices of tomato, plenty of lettuce and onion.Pepetz were only thing with flavor. Nothing to rave about.

Love Screpesis subs, so glad they opened the 2nd location closer to me a few years back. It's still a hour drive each way for me, but their subs are well worth the drive. Love how fresh everything always tastes.

When It comes to customer service and food quality, there is much to be desired when visiting this over priced, and exaggerated restaurant. The overall experience from start to finish literally leaves a bad taste in your mouth.This was the case when I walked into the restaurant 3/19/2023 at 12 noon to order my cheesesteak. It is such a nice experience to be greeted with a smiling face when walking into an establishment; It shows the consumer that the establishment is happy and eager to serve. However, it appears that Screpesi's in Mohnton doesn't share that belief. Instead of a friendly greeting, what I received instead was an apathetic glance and very unfriendly " what can I get you?"I ordered a large cheesesteak and asked that the cheese be MELETED and place on TOP of the meat. The less then enthusiastic employee said that was fine, and proceeded to prepare my food. One of the many things that disappointed me about that experience was the way the employee rang me out. After giving her cash to pay for my order, she dropped my change on the counter in front of me, despite having my hand visibly extended to receive the left over cash. She noticed my frustration and gave a less then sincere " I am sorry" .I finally received my food after waiting ten minutes for it to be completed. Once I got back to work, I noticed the cheesesteak was not made per my earlier request. Instead of the cheese being melted and placed on top of the meat, it was carelessly flopped over the hard bun, completely cold. There was no sign that it was actually heated up.Yes, it's just a cheesesteak, and if it wouldn't have been for the poor and rude customer service I experienced earlier, I would have been more then glad to over look the sub standard way my sandwich was thrown together.
