This Dairy Queen location is hands down the best, with excellent customer service and great service. The staff meticulously clean everything each day and only fresh product is served. On New Year’s Day, five ice creams were sadly sour, but the manager explained what happened, was refreshingly honest, and remade them so willingly that all was made right. The ice cream was fixed. An orange cream shake with Oreo added was very satisfying. A blizzard is always mixed to the bottom, and there is never a feeling of waiting. The restaurant is neat and clean. The assistant manager is a very nice young man who gave a military discount and showed how to get a free dilly bar. He always goes above and beyond, is pleasant and friendly, remembers customers and their drink orders, and leads by example. He is definitely a roll model. More employees should be like him.
