I'm supposed to be picking up a cake today and I called yesterday to make sure that someone was going to be here and they said that they will be open at 10:00 a.m. here it is 11:00 and the doors are locked and nobody seems to behere it is 11:00 and the doors are locked and nobody seems to be here. The food is great, all the employees are nice to work with us, and the place is a nice place work at for the last six months I do hope I can more up from shift lead to assist manager at one of the two store. They do understand people with disabilities. It is a great place for teens who are looking for a first job in food service.

Today I was attended by a very nice man he was fast and attentive to all my requests. He informed me about their happy hours 4-7 and will definitely be going back because I just know I will be pleased . He Put the perfect amount of topping and made our experience delightful. My grandson was very happy with what we ordered and I was aswell.. not only was what I ordered absolutely delicious the young man who helped who told me his name was Daniel was a breathe of fresh air. So helpful and polite. I have never been attended so greatly and will recommend this DQ to all of my friends and hopefully Daniel will be there to give me excellent service again . On a scale of 1 to 10 I give him a 10 ?

I would have to say I was very impressed with the service that was provided at The Sinking Spring Dairy Queen Treats! I ordered a New York royal cheesecake blizzard and Daniel made it perfect it had just the right amount of cheesecake and strawberries in it... it was amazing! Daniel provided excellent customer service he was very pleasant and of course provided amazing food and desserts! I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend this location!

I wish I could put a 0. They under pay the kids that work for them. The owners are very rude and yelled at me, they would walk in and not say a word to me the whole night. The "dad" accused one of my co workers of stealing. I could not go on my phone the whole shift they watched it on the yellow cake table, even to text my mother back i would get a screamed at. I think the new owners under train there new employees because when i went back i got a pb crunch blizzard and they made it with pb cups not sauce. The cameras inside have sound witch is illegal.

The food is so amazing. No reason to explain. Now, the service is not always the best. I've never really had a lot of problems with the service, but sometimes the server takes a little while to respond. Disregarding that, ice cream blizzards are a 10/10!!!

The older gentleman with braids is very friendly and polite. We can be a pain wth special requests but he made our blizzards exactly how we wanted. This was the first time thats ever happened! Thank you for being great at your job
