“I had a 2200 mile fiber optic contract in Pittsburgh, PA. It lasted 12 weeks. I went to Longhorns at least once a week if not more often. I love the Outlaw steak. That's all I ever get due to the fantastic flavors and tenderness. My youngest daughter (23 yrs) joins me with the Outback. But, the rest of my family enjoys the filets, Salmon, and chicken entrees.I know that almost $30 for the Outlaw could sound a little expensive. But, when you compare the same steak ($50) at other restaurants. Do the math.... I'm not naming the restaurant. I've had two $50 steaks. One absolutely the best. The other not even close!! I know Longhorn is always consistent.PS. You definitely have to try the sweet potatoe with butter and cinnamon! It's like dessert.“

So you had my attention.I tried the chipsteak, the fiesta dog, and MULTIPLE cheeseburgers.I also had my usual Jack and diet.First of all….yes I clapped with every syllable again..Under $10. That’s fantastic.Nothing in the food menu was over five bucks sans the “special”I wasn’t impressed with the fiesta dog and chipsteak. It was ok. But then…:then came the cheeseburger….it wasn’t your $10 cheeseburger. Who wants that a bar? You want easy food. This burger had the classic American taste and feel of yore. Like a McDonald’s burger when it’s fresh and perfect (yes that’s a real thing).Under $4…perfect bun, great cheese, good burger. The chef and bartender had their crew which was nice to see. Total local vibe.Beyond happy I chose to come here.GET THE CHEESEBURGER!!“
“This BBQ shop inside of the farmers market has some of the best BBQ in the state. All their meats are so tender and packed with flavor. Their vegetables are all fresh and cooked so well. The gravy is delicious, the sides are each so high quality. Everything about this shop is done well.“

“So far I have visited two different Mission BBQ locations, and Wyomissing is my favorite one yet. I give 4 out of 5 stars based on my own personal preferences. The atmosphere of the restaurant is by design, and I just don’t vibe to it. With that said I almost always get my food to go. I place my orders inside the restaurant so I can see my food when the staff presents it for visual inspection. It’s obvious they care about customer satisfaction. I once attended a wedding that was catered by the Wyomissing Mission BBQ and the food and service was fantastic! Lots of great tasting food that evening. I prefer the beef brisket sandwich with smoky mountain bbq sauce. The Mac and cheese is good. The cornbread is decent if I slather butter on it. I have sampled much of their menu at the wedding, however I tend to order the same thing every time I visit. The flavor, overall quality and texture of the beef brisket is pretty consistent. The portions I receive are sometimes smaller / bigger than before, but even so I never thought my portions were undersized. The staff aren’t supercharged with welcoming energy, but then again I don’t expect them to be. They are just regular people being honest, friendly, helpful and attentive. Mission BBQ does good with what matters in a BBQ joint. They are inspired by Deep South smoky bbq, but aren’t quite as good because Mission BBQ is a chain restaurant. They are expected to have everything meet a particular standard of consistency. Some people love it that way, and others wish for something more exciting. When I go to Mission BBQ I always get what I expect, no more and no less. I would like to see new styles of bbq sauce made available. As previously mentioned I am a big fan of the smoky mountain sauce. Unfortunately I cannot speak on the quality of their ribs because I haven’t tried them yet. I would enjoy sampling the ribs sometime in the near future, and reviewing them!“
“Just wanted to give a shout out to Railroad House and their staff. April, Manager Adam, and our waitress Mary were super accommodating on helping us celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. Food was great, our waitress Mary did a phenomenal job keeping up with our party of 13 drinks and food order. April had our table reserved and even accommodated us when more people joined our party. Adam checked in on us thru out the night and even brought the birthday girl a shot.Thank you all!! Highly recommend. If you come in with a large party, call ahead and they will take care of you.“
“Food was good everything was great until a waitress put a pate of fried pickels in front of a baby that could reach it...not a good thing to do..luckly my wife and I grabbed the plate instantly...baby never got harmed but you should train your staff better!!!“
“We used the BBQ Pit to cater our event and had it delivered to our door. The driver was kind, the woman on the phone was helpful, the price was reasonable and the food was truly outstanding!! The chicken was moist, the coleslaw tasted very fresh and the pulled pork was the best I've ever eaten! Well done, everyone! We will definitely order from you again! :)“
“Made reservations for 3pm for 5 adults and 3 children. We got there 10 mins before 3 and check in and they tell me that it will be an hour and a half wait! Like what are you talking about I made a reservation for 3 for 8 ppl and I have to now wait an hour and a half because you gave my table away before my reservation time. Wth kind of customer service is that and why even have it to make a reservation if they only going to give away your table to walk ins. So we decided to take tables side by side which was okay but very upset they gave table away for ppl that make reservations. If we decide to go back we are not gonna make reservations and see how that goes. Didnt know your considered a party if you have more than 7ppl. Waitress Courtney was awesome.“
