McDonald's in Allentown

“Stopped in to this McDonald's for some coffee and breakfast and found the service fast, the egg muffin fresh and delicious and the coffee was hot and very good. Although they were very busy as it was the breakfast rush, the service was excellent. This location was very clean neat and organized with staff who are hard working dedicated and committed to providing the customer an enjoyable experience with good food and drinks. At some other locations when staff are under pressure their attitudes change, but not at this McDonald's. Very Friendly and caring staff who enjoy their work which reflects in the wonderful final product and customer experience . Thanks and keep up the great work.“

“Came today (3/7) around 2 pm, and they had a line in drive through and a bigger order in front of us. The workers were busting their butts and cleared the line, and we got our food quickly. It was hot and fresh, and the lobby was very clean! The whole staff was friendly, even during a rush. Good job everybody, and thank you!“

“They had to make my burger it took a bit longer than usual I was worried they forgot about me, the girl brought out my food apologized and they put extra food in to compensate for taking longer than normal which they didn't have to, I wasnt made or angry just was making sure they didn't mistakenly give my order to someone else by mistake. dinner was good, I gave the extra food to a homeless guy by home depot. Thanks for the effort“

“Relatively fast. I asked the Drive thru team member if there were napkins in the bag and they said yes. When I got home, there were no napkins in the bag. Also, the McDouble was special order no onions and there were onions put on the bottom of the burger.“

“Came in here for a quick lunch the other day and it was actually better than I expected. The place wasn’t too busy, so I got my order pretty fast. I grabbed a burger combo and the fries were hot and crispy, which doesn’t always happen at fast food spots lol. The cashier was nice and didn’t seem rushed even though a few people were waiting behind me. Tables were mostly clean, just a couple crumbs here and there but nothing bad. Overall it’s a decent spot when you need something quick and filling. I’d probly come back again when I’m in the area.“

“Had to stop better on my way back to VA. Went inside to decide if I was going to order because I was unsure so to the location. Everything merry my approval. Very clean so I ordered and my food came out correct and was properly done. The yes was good and no after taste, meaning the nozzles were cleaned. You can tell when some places clean the container and not the nozzles. Used the rest room and that was clean as well. The manager and employee greeted myself with a smile and a good morning.“
