“I sure miss Gabe being here. But even more than that I miss Caitlin. I never met a finer more decent friendly customer service representative than she was. I don't know what happened to her if it was the daily grind or the new manager but she was extremely intelligent very nice and a real asset to your company. I had a business once and I would hire her in a New York heartbeat and if there's any way you could bring her back and make her happy you should do that she was a real trooper. She should be the manager here. I'm in my '70s and you don't meet many young people dedicated like she was. I hope you pay attention to this and I hope she sees this. This is a very well-run store The employees are great they all know me by face and I know them. I've never had the first problem here. these bad reviews are by discontent self-righteous people. They don't know what it's like when you got 15 cars lined up at the drive-thru it's sheer madness inside. mistakes are going to be made let alone all the DoorDash and Ubers that pull up here during lunch and dinner. Bring Caitlin back and give her a raise and tell Gabe I said hello this is Michael from New York he'll know who it is and she should too.“
“I had a great experience. This was actually my first time visiting a McDonald’s in probably close to a year. I was just feeling a medium fry, a McDouble, and a frozen Coke. Everyone was really cool. They all said hi to my dog. The food was hot. I have no complaints.“
