I would like to say that last night 12/02/23 around 9:45pm I stopped for some food. I had been at the emergency room with a family member and hadn't eaten.I ordered a large fries and double quarter pounder.It was not very busy at that time of night it took a little bit. This 5* goes to the young man that took my order at 7:30pm on 9/30/23 in the drive thru at the Manheim, PA location. Trying to be specific because I didn't get his name and he deserves credit for being the friendliest, nicest person I've heard work the drive thru in a long long time. He's very mannerly and pleasant and I hope the higher ups see this and do something nice for him. That kind voice lifted my spirits and he deserves praise

Sat at the drive thru for 12 minutes. 2 cars ahead of me went through quite fast. I was only getting a drink. Waited, waited.
