The service and food were very good. I got a piece of hard plastic in my salad. Fortunately i did not bite down on it. Our server took it to the manager who came over later. She said she had no words, was sorry and did I need a doctor. Obviously I would have left if I needed a doctor. She offered nothing, no money off our bill, no comp, no drink or desert. Not good business practice.
My steak was delicious! I had a waiter named Quan, who was so attentive I felt like royalty. He was so very nice, and the place was packed with kids screaming, here and there, and he never once lost his calm demeanor. In fact, of all the different staff I observed during my meal, not one of them was grumpy or unkind; they were all smiling. My bill at the end was pleasantly inexpensive, too! Will go back whenever I'm in town.

A solid experience at the Texas Roadhouse on Union Deposit in Harrisburg this past weekend when I took my mom out to lunch with my 2 kids. They each ordered off the kids menu which I thought was much much better than the kids menu at red Robin. One kid got cheeseburger sliders and the other got the chicken tender meal.
