“First time visiting this location and probably the nicest and best Panera I've ever been to. Super modern store with really nice decor and it was clean! Remember when the Panera manager used to walk around and ask all the customers how the food and service was? They actually do that here! And the food was great! I was pleasantly surprised by coming here to eat on this day because it was a nice restaurant and good value. This will be the number one Harrisburg area Panera for me.“
“I often come here to write a paper in the evening. I get dinner while I am writing as well. The place is normally very clean, the fire is keeping the close tables warm, and the food is always great. The staff are very friendly. I asked a staff member if I could clean a preferred table I wanted to sit at and she said she would do it. When she was done, she apologized for not having it clean before we got there. She was super pleasant and I had no need for an apology, the majority of the tables were clean, but just this one wasn't and I wanted it because of the power location. Great service and very friendly staff. I look forward to continuing my weekly visits. The only draw back is I wished there were more outlets along the wall with the long bench seat, but plenty of room to find a place to work. Again, great location, friendly staff, and wonderful atmosphere.“
