“Its nice to walk in a Dunkin 🍩 Donuts and have a Manager who has great energy and great customer service. The Manager Anthony at this location definitely has pride at what he does & definitely gives it a place to go to for fresh donuts, coffee or etc. I noticed him before never knew he was the Manager until today. “Any time an order is wrong or they have me wait for awhile pulled up in the drive thru, Amanda has offered me free donuts to make up for it. I will never take up the offer as sometimes mistakes happen and it’s understandable. They always say Goodmorning Rachel and have remembered my name over the months. Very friendly people“

“I usually don’t like to leave reviews but I decided to read some of the reviews and im just so disappointed on how people would address this Dunkin off of one experience. These employees are not perfect, give them all a chance.

About 2 months ago i decided to come here and it has been by far the best one ever. Had some issues in the mornings but I figured it’s because of rush hour. Before work I would come through drive thru, the young lady (B) would take my order and that one time, that very first time, kept me coming back. Every time I come and she sees me through the screen, all she says is (girrrllll not today, come to my window). She is so funny, I just love her positive energy. Every time a new cold foam comes in, she would encourage me to try it and my drink comes out better than before. It must be on her days off, my drink always tastes different. So now I make sure I go when she’s working. Even if she doesn’t take my order, I know she’s the one making it. I am absolutely proud of her though. One day she’s in a black shirt and now she’s in a different color shirt so I know she definitely doing her job correctly. I just love that girl.“

“Just went to this particular location for a gift card. It was a smaller Dunkin with no drive thru, since it's in Downtown Harrisburg but it had friendly staff available to help me with what I needed and the service was impeccable. I came in at around 3:30-4pm timeframe. Will go back again in the future just because of the friendly staff. 😊“

“I accidentally mobile ordered at the wrong time and they helped me by holding mouths order until the next day. As soon as I came through the drive thru for my order, I didn’t even need to finish talking before they said “I know what order, pull around”. Service was immaculate! I really appreciate great customer service.“

“Superior service this morning! I go to Dunkin daily, shamelessly since I was pregnant with my first child in 2019! I have NEVER had a Dunkin re-do my order and deliver without me having to track it down when I put the order in at the wrong location, it always becomes a nightmare. Some Dunkins are difficult, so difficult, I just re-buy. Not this location! I give credit when it is due.
