Dunkin' Donuts in Lebanon

“Of the Dunkin's in Lebanon, this is best. Although they sometimes run out of supplies, especially drink ingredients and seemingly, large cups, they are still the most reliable location in Lebanon. The service is consistently good and the location is convenient to my commute. That said, there is room for improvement, especially in the drive-through greetings. The folks often sound a little downcast and less than enthusiastic. For folks looking for a pick me up, that's not a great start.“

“I wish they'd hire more people though and make adjustments to whatever it is that has the employee turn over rate so high( pay, benefits, hours, etc.), so that way this franchise can continue to stay open at this location. Because though the service is always friendly, it could be a little faster.“
