Father left his phone at store. Had trouble getting through to stores phone at first, but the manager called me back personally and was very helpful. I appreciated the follow-up immensely!
Of the Dunkin's in Lebanon, this is best. Although they sometimes run out of supplies, especially drink ingredients and seemingly, large cups, they are still the most reliable location in Lebanon. The service is consistently good and the location is convenient to my commute. That said, there is room for improvement, especially in the drive-through greetings. Dunkin' provides fresh and delicious food and drinks, including the ham & Swiss croissant and mocha frozen coffee. The service is generally friendly, speedy, and accurate, with staff willing to correct any mistakes. The manager is very nice in handling issues and will remake orders to resolve any problems. The environment is clean, and the upgraded counter allows for mobile and credit card orders. While service may be slightly delayed, the overall experience is positive.
